Stone Arrowhead
How to tell a REAL Arrowhead?
I inherited an Arrowhead when my grandfather died, and my grandma said he carried it around for good luck. Shes not sure if it's real and im wondering how to tell if its real or fake?
Is there a website or anything to help me?

shaped like an arrowhead
kinda shiny
and has a sort of rough texture near the bottom

You said that your grandfather has carried this piece around for years ....... it IS a real arrowhead.
He obviously found in the dirt somewhere and did not buy it, because he kept it as a good luck charm for all those years.
No one is going to make a "replica arrowhead" and toss it in the dirt for someone to find later.
I grew up in the Southeast and personally have a box full of arrowheads I found as a kid.
They really weren't that hard to find if you knew what you were looking for.
Consider your arrowhead as real as it gets.
