Silver and turquoise bracelet from Silvertribe...?

I'm interested in buying this bracelet but I'm not quite sure if they reputable enough...plus they only have a 3 day return policy (on a $350 item!!!). Pls tell me what do you think that I should do, or if you know any good silver jewler on the internet.

The bracelet weights about 150 grams (aprox. 5 oz), has a big turquoise on it and at the widest point is a little less than an inch. It's stamped 925 and it has the artist signature on it. How much do you think it worths?

the item is worth what someone would feel comfortable paying for, i have seen pieces like this advertised for $250 - $500, remember , if you don't feel comfortable buying from someone, then please don't/
